Q. Does Mobile Pet Grooming require an electrical connection at my home?

A. We do plug in if outlet is available but not required. We have our own power source.

Q. What services does Mobile Pet Grooming Offer?

A. Our Standard grooming package consisits of everything that is needed for a complete grooming experience. Services include haircut, bath, brush out, blow dry, nail trimming, ear cleaning, A. gland cleaning, hand brushing, hair-cutting with scissors or clippers and breed specific styling,anti. We use spcial flea and Tick,shampoo. Montly Flea and Tick Treatment are available as well.

Q. What products do you use?

A. The shampoo that we regularly use is an extra mild, tearless formula. also have available, specialty shampoos to suit your cat or dog’s specific condition or age. Anti-itch shampoo is an example.

Q. What is your water source?

A. Mobile Pet Grooming is equipped with our own fresh water tank.

Q. When you encounter aggressive cats and dogs, do you use tranquilizers?

A. No, we never use any type of tranquilizers or drugs.

Q. For how long have you had your grooming business?

A. We have had our licensed Mobile Pet Grooming business in the Maryland for over 12 years.

Q. My dog has very knotted fur, how do you deal with that?

A. In these cases, we evaluate which is the best remedy; whether it is necessary to shave the knots or whether they can be de-tangled in order to salvage the length of the fur.

Q. One of my dogs has flees and the other has ticks, can you help?

A. We have a treatment to remove flees and ticks. Ask us about it.

Q. How do I pay?

A. Payment is collected WITHOUT EXCEPTION at the end of the grooming appointment. We accept CASH ONLY. If we arrive at an appointment and you ( the owner) are not present and the payment has not been left for us, we CAN NOT PROCEED WITH THE GROOMING SERVICE.

Q. Do you service all areas of Maryland?

A. Mobile Pet Grooming does not service all areas, but we do have a large coverage area. Ask us!

Q. Who will be with my pet?

A. Professional and licensed groomers.

Q. Can I watch you work ?

A. Yes, you can watch from outside the Mobile Pet Grooming vehicle.

Q. Will my pet be hot or cold?

A. No, your pet will be very comfortable. We have air-conditioning and use a heater in the winter.

Q. Do you work 7 days a week?

A. Yes we do!, we work Monday – Sunday.

Q. Will the estimate that you give me over the phone be the same as the price I'm charged at the grooming appointment?

A. We make every effort to give you an accurate estimate over the phone. However, it is upon seeing your pet that we that we are able to give you the final price. You are always given the price before we begin the grooming service. ( If you accurately describe the pets condition and temperament to us over the phone, your final price will not exceed the estimate.)

Q. Is Mobile Pet Grooming more expensive than a Salon?

A. No. Our prices usually the same as in the salon.

Q. Is Mobile Pet Grooming for me?

A. Absolutly. Mobile Pet Grooming is all about bringing to you everything necessary for the complete comfort and well being of your pet. Most of our clients have been with us for a long time. They like being able to leave, do errands, and not worry about coming to pick up their pet from a salon or even having to be home at all. I am sure that Mobile Pet Grooming is for you, who doesn’t like the comfort of being well attended to?

Q. I left my dog with a friend who didn’t take care of him. I can’t even get a brush through his hair now, can you help?

A. From time to time we encounter dogs who have not been well cared for, the dog may have very long knotted hair, dirty ears, mucus in and around his eyes and eyelashes, and dirty, long nails. In such cases we evaluate the service necessary and quote you a price, which needs to be paid ahead of time and in cash.

Q. I left a message for you this afternoon, why haven’t you called me back?

A. On occasion, we are unable to return your call on the same day if it was one of the last messages received. We always return calls in the order which we receive them, but be sure that we will respond to you the following day.
